Being manufactured from the waste products of the tofu making process, NotSilk is an
environmentally friendly and ethically sound alternative to mulberry silk.

Spinning like mulberry silk, you can blend it with other fibres and it readily takes up dye.
Also, as with the mulberry silk, we recommend Ashford and Gaywool dyes and we can
supply these to you with full instructions.

The NotSilk range is available undyed and dyed. The dyed silk is
available in single colour, multi-colour combinations and special rainbow dyed.

Please note that unlike the pure white of mulberry silk, in its natural form,
our NotSilk has a cream colour.

Our NotSilk products are available in 50g, 100g, 500g and 1kg quantities.

Undyed: 50g: $9.50, 100g: $19.00, 500g: $85.00, 1kg: $140.00

Dyed: 50g: $12.50, 100g: $22.00, 500g: $95.00, 1kg: $180.00

The minimum order size is 100g. Products can be combined
eg. If you purchase two different 500g bags of notsilk then we will charge you the (cheaper) 1kg rate.
